ribbons.

I just added the "Ribbons" application (or whatever it's really called) on my facebook... and it gave me much food for thought. Because as I was scrolling down the list of the ribbons one could add, there was one that I wanted to add, but couldn't.

And so, I've put in three ribbons - for AIDS, breast cancer and depression - and I've left the fourth slot empty.

And it's sad because it's an ongoing struggle in my heart to understand why certain things are deemed wrong even though it so specifically is written out in the Bible. And I know that there are things in this wide wide world that we will never understand, and I think this is one of those that will plague me for life.
